- Place your order before 10am EST and we will ship everything in stock the same day via UPS. If any of your order is on backorder, we will notify you by e-mail. Orders placed after 10am will ship the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
- Can I place an order by phone?
- Sure you can. Just give us a call at 954 445 7875 and we will place your order together. Our business hours for placing telephone orders are Monday – Friday, 10am – 5 pm EST.
- What are the shipping charges?
- All ebb & flow packages whip via UPS from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The cost of shipping is calculated based on real-time shipping cost to your zip code.
- Can you gift wrap my order and send it directly to someone?
- Of course. Just let us know your order is a gift when checking out and we will be happy to wrap it for you free of charge and send it the the person listed as ship to. Please be sure your billing information matches the credit card holder’s information.
- What is the return policy?
- If you would like to return anything from your order, we offer a 10 day full refund on items sent back unworn and with their original tags attached. Unfortunately, original shipping charges are not refundable.
